Smel in the bedroom House keeper are so rude They don’t change the room and otherwise we should leave the motel

Stinky room. Couldn’t use heater it made it more stinky. It got cold in the room because it snowed.

I had to switch my car due to a mechanical issue. When I went back to get a parking permit the staff was very friendly.

The room smelled like smoke. I didn’t like all adults had to show ID. What would have happened if they didn’t have an ID?

It was Fair, housekeeping didn't clean my room but one time never ask if i need anything.

Just the Bed.

The housekeeper ask for toilet tissue wouldn't bring it.

Close to the freeway and other stores and casinos The office staff and housekeeping staff were phenomenal

Awesome place!! Want to make a shout out for Odessa! She was very friendly and helpful.

Like the location. And they offer coffee in t he morning and ice whenever. And you can even do laundry

Did not really enjoy staying here, The price was expensive in the location kind of sucked.

The room was clean. It had a fridge with a freezer and a microwave.

No coffee, no Kleenex tissue box. The shower was a little small. It was a basic room for an exorbitant amount of money.

Overall pretty well maintained and what you'd expect out of a motel 6

Pretty helpful, almost garunteed one of the cheapest rooms you'll find in Reno on this site with the lack of deposit which is nice. And it's one of the nicer motel 6s I've stayed at, cause some get pretty bad.

OK, but I've stayed at nicer motel 6 properties elsewhere

No breakfast, no coffeemaker, somewhat clean but a bit worn out. Bathrooms can really use an upgrade and/or new fixtures. Mattress could've been firmer too.

Very clean, great beds and quiet. The hotel was full and the place was very quiet.Easy access from the freeway. Also a direct connection to downtown.

The place was clean, it was close to everything. Quote for the most part

I was there for 6 days, and not once did I get room service. I asked for fresh towels on the 3rd day. Nobody came in to clean up after I asked. They said they had me on the schedule. Had this been done, it would have been a perfect score.

Worth the money.

The overall facility was clean as usual, but the bathroom sink was gross. It was dirty, cracked, and the faucet was worn out (Other than that, the facilities were clean and adequate.)

Heater worked well.

Room was for handicapped, well ok. TOO SMALL FOR NORMAL COMFORT. FRONT DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. Seeing at the low was 16 this was not advantageous. Toilet seat was broken, would not stay up. Bathroom sink was clogged. Staff did not seem to be bothered by any of this. Reallly, very bad news.

the area was a little rough but not to bad to the point I had to watch out for my self over all stay was great n staff was awesome
