Location and how beautiful was the area. All this in a very calm environment.
The accommodation is great but needs to be updated and deep cleaned.

I loved the location and view of the lake (once I walked to the shoreline). Kayaking was especially wonderful. There were plenty of towels in the restrooms for a week. All the appliances worked. When my fire alarm went off in the morning, staff came quickly to replace the battery. I appreciated the close access to boating, kayaking, and walking the loop around the lake. It was quiet (mostly).
The shelves in both of bathrooms were practically coming off the wall. I like a cool bedroom to sleep. I was disappointed there was no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. I had to keep the air-conditioning in the den running and the bedroom door open so I could get cool air in the bedroom to sleep. I was surprised that I had to buy paper towels and hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. In the US our accommodations offer at least hand soap for the shower and bath. It had too many shower caps and not enough soap. Chuckle
I was practicing French because I was visiting cousins in Alma. My mother was born there. Some office staff were bilingual, but the ones that spoke only French made it somewhat difficult to have questions answered about the facility.

La situation proche du lac, taille du logement très agréable.
Logement très très bruyant. Nous étions dans un petit appartement et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait à côté via une porte de communication fermée et surtout au-dessus.... on avait l'impression que les voisins nous courraient sur la tête.
Equipements un peu anciens, surtout dans la cuisine. Il faudrait changer l'unique poêle vu comment elle était abîmée.
