Good walking distance to things, and room AC was working well. The staff were all friendly. Was fine enough just to get ready in and sleep for the value.
Rooms were pretty run down and dirty. I did see a roach the first night scooting across the floor. Beds were clean but some stains on the bedding and towels. Water pressure is not good.

Liked the affordability and proximity to the Disney parks
A lot of people hanging out outside of the rooms at all hours of the day and night, smoking outside our room, talking, and just being a general disturbance. AC unit was incredibly loud and kept waking us up throughout the night.

Property was easy find and easy to navigate.
The toilet paper holder was crooked and the bathtub looked like it was peeling. The door frame with second lock looked like it needed to be smoothed out.

The location was great - only a 15 min walk to Disney precinct and nice food options only a 10 min walk from the property. Was able to see the fireworks from the same level I stayed on.
The bathroom was old and in need of an upgrade. Space to store luggage was also quite small and I was only 1 person staying in the room. Beds were a bit saggy as were the pillows. Beds definitely need an upgrade.
