Mostly a great experience

The staff was very nice and made checking in and out a breeze!

There was an old wall ac unit in the room that had a paper sign taped to it that said it was controlled by the wall thermostat. Also a piece of the metal bed frame was sticking out and was very sharp. My travel partner and I pushed it back under the bed to keep from getting injured.

It was alright for one night.

The room was spacious. There was a pet area for my dog to go potty.

It was kinda loud at times. The door to the room was heavy and loud. The floors in the room were dirty. I had to go down and ask for help because the room wouldn’t cool down. I didn’t know they installed a system under the window. I was annoyed that at booking, it didn’t state that I would be charged extra for my puppy. The lady was kinda rude that checked me in. Also, the second story hallway reeked of marijuana.

The room was pleasant and clean. It was quiet. The 2nd bed had a broken box spring making it uncomfortable.

Close to my visiting location

When I booked you gave me a fee. They tacked on extra charges and instead of just keeping my credit card on file for incidentals they held $100 for the night. The only incidentals they had were a few snacks totally ridiculous. I also contacted them prior to our stay and asked for first floor they said yes. When I got there they gave me 2nd floor. Just irritations. Small issues but I do not like being lied too

Just another place to stay nothing memorable anout it.

Easy to find. Nice rooms.

The front desk attendant was very short and cold. There was an issue with my booking and she said i had to call booking.com customer service but could not provide the phone number. She wasn’t welcoming or accommodating at all. Pool was very small.

I was miserable.

My husband said breakfast was good. Eating right in the lobby wasn't so great

We had to wait 10 minutes or more for someone to come check us in. Then he was rude. He obviously does not want to be there. We asked for ground floor when reservation was made but were put on 3rd. Desk clerk said not available due to remodeling. We then went to 3rd floor room. The sheets had not been changed even though bed was made.. Appeared to be cum on the sheets and there was public hair on the sheets. I called the desk, clerks response was, what do you want me to do about it? I asked for a clean room... he said ok. He gave me a room on the GROUND floor!! He said he just noticed it was available!!! From that point on I was miserable. My husband had to rest. He had been driving all day or we would have left. Things need to change in that place!!!

The hotel was dirty and smelled like smoke. Would not stay here again.

It was an ok place to sleep while we were out of town.

Room was newly renovated. New Flooring and furniture.

The shower was not renovated and had mold in the corners. The floor in the room was dirty, and hallway outside the room had a odor that smelled like feet.

Not a clean place to feel comfortable.

Check in was great

Everything I’m the room was dirty molded walking with your shoes off felt like dirty carpet and damp , bathroom wasn’t cleaned good the tub moldy and your took your finger around the tub dirt was left on your finger. I couldn’t rest good, and the smell was awful.

This hotel is inconveniently located and its facilities would not pass an inspection by Wyndham.

Contrary to the picture of the pool on the website, the pool was a green cesspool. I understand if the pool was closed for repairs but there’s no excuse for it to be green, much less when it’s right next to the rooms and the kitchen. The shower in the room had mold stains and the furniture in the bathroom had scratches and scrapes.
