Would be great to have a hotel shuttle to and from town or restaurants like Al Fassia making the location more accessible and appealing.

Property itself is beautiful with good facilities. Quite far from town but easy to get a taxi which was good. Food was very nice. Bedroom was lovely with very comfortable bed and great air con. WiFi was also very good.
Staff were very poor - would think it were a 3 star property at most based on staff alone. Lunch took ages to come, staff were not attentive and didn’t give us menus, take our order before we asked. When we asked for the bill, they always forgot to bring it. No pool service for drinks etc. Seemed some guests were treated as ‘priority’ with all the staff tending to one table at one point.
Room staff equally poor. Knocked on our room at 10:15pm one day to refresh the room, which was unacceptable given we were about to go to bed. When we told reception they laughed it off and didn’t apologise.
Also had incredibly noisy neighbours who came home drunk at 4pm and continued to drink and smash glasses outside. These were not cleaned up.
