Friendly, clean and well situated. Could park our car in the A lane the night before to be ready in line for the ferry. The clerk told us that the matrices were just changed that day and I was not disappointed.
Have chosen the mountain side 😅 but we switch for the sea side for an extra 20$.

Rented a chalet beside the st. lawrence river!
it was close to the ferry dock that runs from Riviere du Loup to Saint Simeon! That is actually how we travelled there!
the view was great! saw lots of large freighters passing by and even a huge 4 mast sail boat and of the course the ferry 4 times a day! The cottage was only 75 feet from the shore and had a picnic table and fire pi! The interior was very nice! it is a bit dated but comfortable! the bed was good and had plenty of hot water in the bathroom to shower! Everything worked fine! The t.v. had cable and the wifi was very strong! We had the cottage furthest from the hotel and the other cottages so it was very quiet!
Not really a dislike but they provide a coffee machine but no coffee packets or sugar! Not really a problem as we travel with our own Keurig! The shower is one of those plastic stalls and is kind of small and probably leaks at the base a little! If you are a big person then it may be a concern!

We were not offered a breakfast. The location was awesome!
Rooms with double beds are "passé" -- at least put a queen sized bed. There was enough room that. The mattresses have got to go. The furniture is the room was scarce. The thing we disliked the most was a Mountainview and we saw a little hill growing 30 feet from our window. Thank god for the lounge where we could see everything!
