This is a nice place in Levis. A short walk to the ferry to Quebec City, so this is a convenient way to visit Quebec City, without having to drive a car on the west side of the St. Lawrence River. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance in Levis.
I found it impossible to communicate with the owners. They emailed me the room code, but only communicated with a "do not reply" email address. When I tried the phone number, there was no one there and no voicemail. I spoke to someone else who also tried to phone the management and said no one ever answers the phone. In my case, there were no problems, but I don't know what I would have done if there were a problem. I wish they had more advice and instructions available in the room, e.g. how to use the ferry and where to find coffee cups. (There was a coffee machine in the room, but no cups!)

Nice bathroom and balcony.
Couldn't get into our room. When we arrived the cleaner let us into the room. The lock was defective. Nobody could help with that.We went out and had to leave the balcony door unlocked or we wouldn't be able to get back in. Our room was unsecured. No cups for coffee or water. The shower overflowed into the bathroom because the drain was plugged. I had to use all the towels to clean up the water. My wife couldn't have a shower. Poor communication from the property manager.
