Hotel was nice but room was well below standards.

Location and quietness of the floor I was on.

Did not receive room service to make bed or clean kitchen the two days I was there. I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels and throw my own trash out. Also, kitchen sink was clogged so we had sitting water in the sink and refrigerator did not get food and drinks cold enough.

Would not recommend. The staff apologized and gave us a clean room but that was all.

The location ONLY

Our room was dirty and used. No clean covers. They were used and threw on the floor. There we used half drunken bottles of water in the room, the complementary soap was opened and used and there was trash left in the trash can. They even charged my card a few extra dollars after checkout and I had to pay for parking which was stated prior to booking or after. I found out one I arrived and checked in.

Overall I was happy with my stay the room was just awesome and the location was great.

The room was awesome , it was enough room for my family and location was great . The pool was nice indoors because it was cold outside.

The breakfast was awful!!! There was hardly anything out when I went down to eat and I was like at 8:00 so not late to eat. They were out of a lot of things no syrup for waffles and no condiments for the oatmeal . I was very disappointed with it I have stayed at other Homewood Suites and always had good experiences with the hotel.

Bad breakfast

Room was good, and the kitchen was a great addition. Comfortable bed.

So, the breakfast; if you could call it that, was extremely disappointing. All the cooked food except for the waffles were frozen. Only 3 main items, tiny omelets full of peppers & no cheese, sausage (not), hash browns, none of which were edible. We booked a 1 bedroom suite, then modified our reservation to a 2 bedroom suite. When we arrived they didn't have our modified reservation and put us in a 1 bedroom suite. I went to the front desk and was told they never received the modification and didn't have a 2 bed. They also said I wasn't charged for it. Well, that was wrong, I was charged twice, once for the original reservation and the other was for the modification. After check out they sent the receipt via email and it didn't match, so now I have the inconvenience of calling booking to get the issue resolved. Final Comment is; I would never stay here again, just due to the breakfast.

It was nice 2 bedroom suite for a good price but it was not safe or sanitary, never again.

Decent size 2 bedroom/2 bath suite that was somewhat recently re-done and tv in sitting area and both bedrooms. It had a fireplace that was broken. The appliances were old but other room facilities appeared new-ish. The room was very quiet at night and price was fair for the size of the room.

After we checked in, we left to eat dinner and upon return to room after dinner, the room smelled of bad/cheap perfume just in my bathroom and bedroom only where it appears a staff member had entered and stood there?! It was horrible smelling. I regret leaving our stuff as I am sure someone went through my belongings while we ate dinner, wishing i had left it in trunk of car. Even though our room was very quiet, the other issues really freaked me out. Sort of security and sanitary risk to stay there and at one point, we almost left and went home after discovering someone had been in the room as the smell was very strong and was not there when we checked into room. My bathroom also had dirty towels left on back of door from previous person who had used room. That was very gross and disturbing. To think if I had used those towels by mistake. gross! eww. There was spot lipstick on a washrag that appeared someone used after cleaning staff had placed it out, yet i did not use it nor did my husband who was with me the whole time. Because of this, I did not use the shower or any towels, decided to wait until i got home later that morning. The staff were very friendly but maybe that's because they go through your belongings when you leave the room while wearing god awful smelling perfume? They charged us for parking too, which was silly because it had a parking lot? It was only $10, but the site advertised free parking. Overall was not a place that i would return and wish that I had just got a smaller and nicer hotel room somewhere else.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

Our heat was broken in our room. Rooms were booked so hotel staff brought more blankets. It was cold & we have a baby

It was a decent stay

Breakfast was ok but location is great

Room was clean but it just smelled like feet as soon as we walked in the room

Good

We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was nice for a family of 4. The location was good.

The beds and bedding were not comfortable. Facilities were in need of some upkeep. Breakfast was a mishmash and not very good. Probably wouldn't stay again.

The facility met our needs and was clean and comfortable.

Loaction excellent for my purposes. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The charge for laundry. I had just stayed at another suite hotel that had laundry facilities that did not charge for use of machines.

Comfortable & well located.

The staff at the front desk, Sal & Louise were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

What let you down was the breakfast. There was never anyone around to fill up things. The hot water was tepid. I could put my finger in it without any trouble. When ever I had a problem (refilling, cold water) I had to go to the front desk. After the first day I took a plate of food with me up to my room. Heated it all up in the microwave & boiled water on the stove to have a decent cup of tea. But it was included which was a big bonus to my trip.

We've stayed before so we thought it would be nice.

We didn't have an oven & the icemaker didn't work. The breakfast wasn't up to par.
