Rooms are comfortable and clean
I did not appreciate your rep making us wait 10 minutes to check in at 3pm (check in time) while everyone else was checking in with the other attendant. I don’t know her name (caucasian) she did not smile and was rude. I also did not appreciate being asked if I had a vehicle? What kind of question is that? I believe it was because of the way I look! You also need more handicap spaces, I had to park around the building, this caused me to get wet (it was raining). There was a big rig truck cab parked in the back taking up 3/4 spaces? It seems the personnel working could not handle a sold out night.
