I think it was a great price for the location of the hotel. I wasn't expecting to be in my room a lot so I didn't need a ton of space yet the bathroom was a great size! I love love love that they take your bags before checking in and after checking out! It's very considerate. Not to mention the coupons for the restaurant right downstairs!
Some of the room had cracks in it and broken tiles and doors.

Location location location . Just a block or two from Times Square. Subway terminal literally steps away. The room was pretty tiny, but we didn’t mind . It was clean and the staff was nice . We could get food at the restaurant / bar that shared an entrance . And a free drink each day of our stay.
It was great.

Loved the location! The room was very small but met my needs. It was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.

Another guest was smoking pot on the first night, other nights I was woken by workers delivery linens, moving around in the hallway. The thermostat didn't seem to work so the air conditioning unit had to be adjusted manually, there was also large gaps around the door so all noise and smells from the hallway were evident.
