Hotel was in a great location but in need of renovation.

The coffee maker in 1207 is not functioning properly. We got dirty water instead of coffee.

The location was great 4 minutes walk to Times Square, the staff was friendly but specially Gabriel, what a wonderful breath of fresh air, friendly, professional, charismatic Gabriel made our stay 100 times better

Most of the staff was very nice, but I had a horrible experience checking out with a very rude staff member. Thankfully corporate and management helped.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are pretty normal, kind of old school, with all things you might need. The room was clean and all areas as well. Location was excelente.

I almost don’t want to let the cat out of the bag!!! This was an excellent choice to meet up w/ a friend who was coming in from out-of-town through Grand Central. I was coming in through Port Authority. The staff were so friendly & accommodating & although we only stayed one night I could tell that this hotel would be one that I will return to again & again. The location behind NYPL & Bryant Park & so close to theatre district, restaurants, & shopping was ideal for what we had planned. The bonus was that the room was ready way b4 we expected which just made our stay that much smoother. We did not use the gym or the restaurant but that too looked in good working order & was being used by others. The lobby had several tucked in nooks that were comfy & accommodated a small area for printing & computer hook up. The room had comfy beds, clean sheets, closet space w/ HANGERS & a nice sze bathroom. And…a window that slightly opened for airing out the room. I would highly recommend mostly becuz the staff was so accommodating & friendly!

Great staff, good value, quiet and clean.

The room was dirty, dust in several places and the water from the coffee maker was dirty. There was even a forgotten wine from someone else who was in place before me. I paid for breakfast but they couldn't explain to me how it worked and I left without taking it. I expected more for the amount I paid. I just have nothing to complain about the check-in service, which was great.

Nice clean rooms. Lovely view of empire state but we did change rooms twice to get that veiw, we were put in an awful lower floor room with tape around the window and a veiw of air conditioning units. Breakfast is awful don’t waste your money. Staff were a mixture of friendly and other staff who were not so friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

It might not have been the fanciest hotel ever, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We walked just about everywhere so cannot speak to transportation. And the staff were all so nice and helpful!!! Liked the location on a quiet street but close to all the action.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, and good gym. Only issue we had was being put on hold by the front desk several times for extended periods. Would definitely recommend!

Everything is be perfect

The hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms are old and need to be renovated including carpets. The staff is not friendly and supporting enough. The cleaning is not enough. The only good thing is the location.

Nice location, close to Broadway and times sq. Toilet was not cleaned well. Some wood components showing significant wear. Avg experience.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Manhattan/Times Square was awesome! The staff was so kind and helpful! Everything was so clean! The food was great!! It was a safe environment with our young children! Would stay again!!

The room is clean but the problem that we had was the water in the shower is not working properly, its soo hard to control the hot and cold! and also in the hallway you can smell that someone smoked! Smells really stinky!

Comfortable stay for a weekend trip. We weren’t in the room except to sleep and shower. Beds were comfortable! Like many NYC hotels, the view was pretty much another building. The only odd issue was the shower which had half a glass wall and no door or curtain on the other half. Made taking a shower a little chilly with the flow of air. Reasonable price for a stay in January and great location near the subway.

Exactly what we were looking for.

Watchout, parking is 50US per night if you park yourself and 75US if you take the valet. I was expecting it to be expensive but I would of like the info to be visible and accessible.

Well, I dont have a problem paying more in the city but the window was not sealed & made the room cold Inspect your rooms before renting them out!
