Staff was AWESOME and breakfast was great. Kinda chaotic, but not the hotel's fault, just be wary other travelers were SUPER rude and shoving, etc. for food (that there was plenty off because again, amazing staff). Hotel is older and parts are run down, but again, clean and well maintained. Luggage service was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

For the price and location, I am hesitant to complain. However, my friend got stuck in our bathroom, and we were lucky enough to figure out how to get her out. Then got stuck in the bathroom the next night, and they had to send two people to use a crowbar to get us out. If I’d been alone without my phone, I shudder to think what might have happened. The guys who came to get us out were great, but this is dangerous. Location is good, if a bit far from subway, and free breakfast wasn’t bad, with a really nice cafeteria staff.

Location was great for our purposes and plans. Room was comfortable enough, but the pullout sofa had seen better days and sloped downwards somewhat when in sofa mode. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections.

The staff greeting from the front desk was exceptional; and surely made you feel very welcomed. The hotel itself is quiet outdated and the bathroom door has lots of dust and hairs which shows the lack of cleaning. Stained walls from the removal of old pictures and very outdated and non positioned photos on the walls didn't help at all. Just very outdated decor which didn't make us feel cleanly safe. We only stayed one night; I wouldn't return as I didn't sleep well. And I love Marriott.

Great location, great customer service, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Room felt big for NYC and even had a small kitchen. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Friendly staff. Included breakfast starts to close way before the hour announced and, even though they let you through, you get the impression that you're so late and interrupting their cleaning. Elevators are probably due maintenence. The area is very convenient.

I fly in from LA to NY monthly. My office is in Times Square this is a great option. Next to the train station everyone thats works there is nice. The place is clean, easy to find, warm. And the kitchen in room is a major plus. Definitely the main reason I stay here.

No frills, but clean with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Close to Times Square and transportation but not in the middle. Nice access to Bryant Park and quick walk up 5th Avenue to great window shopping. Big plus was when I arrived at 9am for 4 pm check-in they offered available room on low floor. Breakfast is nothing special but edible and will sustain you for work/sigh-seeing until lunchtime. The rooms are ok. Quiet. A little worn but clean. Think dorm room. A plus for me was generous size and supply of bath towels. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only concern during stay was lack of security in only guest access to upper floors. Elevator did not have functioning room key swiper/clearance.

We have a nice stay, staff at the front desk and restaurant were kind and helpful all the time, the only think that I don’t like was the size of the bathroom, was so small, you need to close the door to use sink, because was behind of it, besides that, the rest was great.

Super comfy beds, very friendly hotel staff and excellent location. Stayed here for one night with my kids and had a great stay. Merik at front desk gave us a corner room which kids loved and gave us fantastic dining recommendations. Thanks Merik, will stay here again in next visit to NYC

From the IMPECCABLE FRONT DESK PROFESSIONALISM to the EXTREMELY FLAWLESS CHECKIN my family's experience was PRICELESS. Malkem and the entire front desk working January 6, 2024 were full of positive energy and blessings. My family and I try to go to NYC on Three Kings Day to celebrate the holiday. This year was a very emotional and difficult one since i was diagnosed with lung cancer and don't know how the outcome will be. The entire front desk and staff fed me and my family with POSITIVE ENERGY and VIBES. It made for an EXCEPTIONAL CELEBRATION!!!! The memories created walking and feeling the snow hit our faces and seeing the tree at Rockefeller Center was one we will never forget. Location, cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the most comfortable beds ever. I pray we will be able to return in April after surgery to rest and enjoy this AMAZING HOTEL and CITY!!!! Malkem and staff bless you all and 2024 bring you all good fortune.

Property is in an excellent location, right near Bryant Park. Walkable from Grand Central. Staff were excellent, professional and helpful. Studio was a nice size with plenty of amenities. Breakfast provided was one of the best. Multiple selections of hot & cold items and plentiful. Bartender was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will be staying again.

Excellent location, good value for the money, Empire State building can be seen from our hotel room, nice breakfast, elevators busy in the peak hours, room somewhat worn out but everything works, some insects in the kitchen table of the hotel room but very friendly cleaning lady got it fixed, very friendly people in the reception, metro station close by, lots of sights close by or inside a walking distance, easy connection from JFK via metro

Comfortable room, great staff, with great location near Bryant Park, close to Broadway, Time Square, Rockefeller Center, the Theater District, restaurants, easy access to public transportation, and many more. The hotel could use a renovation (freshening up), elevators can be an issue (we got stuck in one for about 10 minutes) and wait times can exceed 10 minutes during the morning breakfast rush.

This was most amazing hotel ever. Hotel was clean, staff was always friendly, polite and very helpful. Room itself was big , clean and had a amazing kitchen with everything you ever need. We had a great view of Empire State Building from our room it was awesome. Breakfast was most amazing i had ever had. You had so much to chose from: eggs. potato's, sausages waffles , breads fruits drinks and so, so much more . Everting was cooked right and it was fresh, Staff made sure to refill empty items immediately so that nobody lacked anything. The hotel itself was located short walking distance from: Bryant's Park , Time Square, Radio Music Hall, Rockefeller park one side and Macys and Empire State Building on the other side just to name the few. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and anybody else looking for great place to stay while visiting New York City. I am booking this hotel again with Expedia.

This is my go-to in Midtown Manhattan for the location, bedroom size where there is space to work, and the spacious lounge for the odd meeting or as an alternative working space. The service is friendly and front desk very professional. However I noticed this time that there was poor shower pressure and the elevators need an upgrade with some of the buttons not working.
