We loved our stay at the Warwick! It was in the most perfect location for us. So close to 5th Avenue, Rockerfeller, Central Park and only 10 mins walk to Times Square. It felt very safe too. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lady made up our room so nicely each day. We were on the 19th floor with a city view. Our room was so much bigger than I was expecting for NY. Extremely spacious for a family of 4. We didn’t find the elevators a problem at all. We will most definitely be back!

Location
The window exists only formally. There was a sort of metallic construction and no light was coming through the window. You should separate such rooms and customers must be prepared for it, and able to pick room with actual windows
