Good location, really friendly staff at check in, room was decent enough size for new york. Room was always cleaned before returning for the day.
Like other reviews the lift took forever. The shower door wouldn’t close properly so bathroom flooded every time got shower and had to waste most the towels to keep it dry. Did report to maintenance who said would fix it but never did. Random puddles also appearing by the sprinkler, never bothered reporting as was still waiting on the door.
Room was clean enough but would recommend to stop replacing a bar of soap a day, just such a waste opening a soap bar which is hardly used in the day as we aren’t in the room for it to be replaced the next day. Maybe change to refillble hand soaps.

Close to everything
No late check out and no information the staff was rude parking prices was ridiculous and I’m a Hilton member and I couldn’t get 2:00 check out no information was giving didn’t know when breakfast was
