The location was great, and the staff were very helpful.
I stayed here on August 1st for one night. They charged my credit card for the room rent ($346) and the security deposit ($396). We left the hotel happy. I am still waiting (2 weeks later) for the security deposit to be returned. Despite 4 phone calls and an email, there has been no resolution this matter from them.
That said, I loved the stay, but the post-checkout service is so ridiculous that it's funny!
