Very beautiful grounds
My husband cut his foot open on a stone in the bathroom. We informed the front desk and got a simple “I’m sorry” with Beth little compassion

I tried the buffet breakfast with the made to order which was very good, but the pancakes were dry because they sat in a warming tray. Also, at the Bear shine Café when I went to order some food they were out of a few of the items. The staff was nice, but the music was very loud in that café.
I had to call the front desk 3xs and physically walked to the front desk as well to request blankets. I also had to request bell service three times before somebody came to my room.

Room was amazing! We ate at the pub and that was good food! I liked the infused water at the lobby. Staff was great!
Its mid June and the waterside was closed the var at the pool was closed....

Excellent location in the mountains
Not upkeep. Door hinges in the bathroom not working. The only coffeee shop in the hotel, doesn’t have a working espresso.. breakfast buffet was the worst.. everything was cold. For the money you spent here, it’s not worth it
