The location was perfect for our stay. Right by the Freedom Trail and easy to walk to some lovely bars/restaurants.
The bathroom was a ridiculous design. Far too small. The wash basin was far too big and the toilet had no space around it. We had to move furniture around to fit our luggage in the room and the wardrobe door did not open fully meaning the full length mirror on the back of the door was useless. Don’t stay in room 728

The location was good, the lobby was nice, plenty of options for dining, KLUR products were nice.
The room did not look like the photo, I booked a queen bed and it was barely a full size, check-in not great, not helpful, no place to park when you pull up, valet takes your car which is nice for $72, that is not mentioned when booking, the room smelled terrible.I enjoyed the hotel’s beautiful architecture and appreciated the history behind the property. However, considering the cost of the stay, I expected much more. Unfortunately, there was nothing about the experience that really made the stay feel impressive or memorable.
