I Love hotel Tonelle. I love the feel of the hotel when you first enter. I Love the decor and fresh flowers. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are always very nice and clean.
It was a little warm in room but honestly, I didn’t check the temperature. Therefore, I can’t really complain.

Room was spacious and clean. Location in the Garden District was great.
I tried to adjust the date of arrival on the reservation, but the hotel told me contact Booking.com and Booking.com told me to contact the hotel. I did each multiple times and got the run-around. A waste of time and was never able to adjust the reservation. The hotel never responded when contacted via the Booking.com site, and was not very helpful when reached by phone. I doubt I'd stay at the hotel again or use Booking.com unless one of them remedies the problem.
