Our stay at your hotel was a comfortable and upscale stay.

It was a beautiful room and close to everything. And thank you for having normal pillows! Hotels today have what my husband and I refer to as “flour sack pillows” that are not comfortable at all. But, the bed and the pillows were so incredibly comfortable.

Great hotel in great location minus no fridge and microwave in room.

Great location and great bathroom!

No fridge/microwave in room. Ice machine on our floor was not available so had to go to the 8th floor to get ice. TV service was also spotty as well.

Staff was fantastic and hotel was very clean!!

Great location for Mardi Gras! Felt very safe, lots of security!

The restaurant and bar need some specials for Mardi Gras! Food specials especially that are kid friendly! Drink prices were way too high. Last year there was food that was easy to take out on parade route.

Convenient location, comfortable stay

The location is the draw -- it's right off the St. Charles street car line and close to downtown. The room was nice and comfortable; the staff / valets were very friendly and helpful.

It takes some close looking, but room furniture is worn and things are a tad rough around the edges. It's good value for money, though. Even though it was convenient, the parking cost was pricey. And (something I need to follow up with): it appears was double charged for my room, having booked it / paid here on Booking, then being charged again when giving my card for the "deposit" that was supposed to be removed after my stay.

Don’t come to New Orleans

Clean.

No hot water. Restaurant was horrible— high price poor amount. Outside hotel depressing.

Very underwhelmed with the rooms. They are very outdated. Furniture was a stained

The location was great

The place is very outdated. My furniture in my room was stained, and the bed headrest was almost completely peeled off. The staff stated they are waiting on Marriott to renovate the place so the pictures definitely are old because the place looks nothing like that once you get to your room

The hotel location close to downtown was great and the hotel itself seemed very nice.

There was something going on with their computer system that slowed down the check-in process. It was also down the following morning when I was checking out so they were unable to print out a receipt and were taking names and email addresses to send after the fact; I still have not received it.

Incredible staff and clean and comfortable accommodations in a lovely part of town

The staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were also very clean and spacious. A lovely place and great value for the price

fitness center could have been a little more updated. The treadmill was hard to work with and there’s only one of each machine, but otherwise it was nice

The location and the staff were both wonderful.

The shower head was broken, there was no refrigerator, and the headboard of the bed was worn and discolored.

location , front desk staff so friendly

the housekeeping, room was barely touched for 5 days, had to ask for coffee, trash bags, toilet paper . Items were given to us in the lobby to carry upstairs . The rooms need a fridge

Nice style. Directly at the street car station with the connection to French quarter.

staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful!

the staff was amazing location was great they upgraded us for free which was nice.

the floors were disgusting. if I hadn’t had a baby crawling around it wouldn’t have been an issue, but whenever she stood up or I picked her up her legs and knees were black.
