How central it was to everything
The fridge was broke and there was somebody’s sock left under our bed and a lot of dust under the bed

Location
A bit Outdated, but understandable due to the historical value. The bathroom pocket door was off the track.

The staff was very helpful. We had a problem with our Booking .com reservation. The hotel never received our booking, but the staff worked through the problem and we stayed the three days we had originally booked with Booking .com. The hotel also stored our luggage so we could go on a trolley tour of Boston before we left for the airport.
The hotel restaurant didn’t open early enough so we could eat before our booked tours.

Location
No tea, milk or kettle in room.
Room cleaners were not attentive to things like empty shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles in shower.
Room air conditioner very noisy.
Staff at front desk not overly friendly.
