Not the Westin I used to know

The attention of the hotel employees, all very nice and sweet. Eager to help.

Didn’t like that they don’t have room service. I arrived late night after a very long flight and didn’t want to go down to the restaurant to eat. Then, I had to do what I did not want, go to the restaurant which has a very small menu, only few options to choose.

Wonderful, Calm, Peaceful! Thanks to the front desk staff for giving us a courtyard room.

Breakfast was not an option, since there was no handicap access to the bar where served

The hotel restaurant wasn't open. My husband is semi non ambulatory and it made it slightly difficult to get to nearby restaurants. Especially, during hot days

Great stay in Georgetown

Location was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Hotel renovations were beautiful. Soaking tub and Heavenly bed were key drivers to staying there. Very comfortable and quiet even though we were on busy M Street.

Coffee in the room was just ok. Ended up going to Starbucks on the corner.

Excellent! Would go there again and again and again!!!

The staff was extremely helpful at ALL times. Never failed to greet us with a smile. The room and bathroom was spacious. A larger closet would be a bonus because we stayed for more than 5 days.

I enjoyed my stay but I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t informed about the renovations being done.

The room was exceptionally clean.

There was some renovations going on in the building and I think that it should’ve been disclosed during the booking.

Comfortable hotel in a perfect location with staff that make you feel welcome and at home

The staff at the reception were outstanding, I single out Erikah and Chris who helped me with check in needs and further reservations. All the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and perfectly serviced every day. The location was perfect, right on M street near Georgetown and Foggy Bottom area plus close to public transportation. The neighborhood has many options for great food at every price.

The gym facility could be improved. It was poorly lighted and I think was not routinely serviced, although they were doing pool renovations in the same area which had a negative impact on the gym experience and of course we couldn't swim which would have been great.

Disappointing experience at a location that deserves better .

location . Staff - very kind .

in my opinion this is not really up to the standard of a Westin - more like an ALOFT . . They appear to be using COVID as an excuse to cut back on amenities . The property is tired — torn furniture in the lobby - needs to be updated .

Overall it was fine, I would recommend this property as a destination.

The hotel was a good price and the room was nice. Appreciated the gentleman at the front desk giving me a dinner suggestion after I returned from the theatre!

The bathroom was kinda small and there were stray hairs on the bathroom floor. There was very very little room between the toilet and the toilet paper holder. The valet system was kind of uneven, no one offered to help with my bags

The location of the hotel was great! Close to everything and not too far from the airport.

I had to ask 3 times to have my shower fixed that wouldn’t drain. I left the hotel after my stay, and it still wasn’t fixed. The tub was also malfunctioning. No one offered me a credit or to move to another room.
