Everything - from start to finish we had a lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay! Location was ideal, easy to walk everywhere during the day and night. The room was spacious, clean, well laid out and cleaned every day. Our view was really nice too onto the busy streets
Nothing, everything was perfect! Nothing was too much for the staff

Great location and most of the staff was kind.
One rude front desk agent

We loved the location. Very quiet for such a city spot. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The shower was fabulous!
It’s an old hotel, and our room was tight with 2 queen beds. The alarm clock went off twice at 6am, we did not set this alarm and thought we had turned it off, this created a massive problem.

Location. Beds comfortable.
Very tired decor, photos appear very fresh. Scruffy in every way. Lobby on ground floor, reception on 2nd which is confusing. Other than checking in and out never saw a member of staff.
