Awesome old boutique hotel. Location was perfect, steps from the beach. Front desk staff when we checked in were great! Moved us to a little better view room as it was my wife's birthday trip. Super friendly ,and super clean hotel, even though it is very old. Rooms have been remodeled and upgraded. Food and bars all around in walking distance. Great for a Beach trip holiday. They have tables and chairs to sit in the outdoor comman areas so you can watch the sunset with a beverage or whatever you fancy.

The only thing was the bathroom was very small, possibly due to the age of the property.. And that is nitpicking a bit. You can definitely tell it is old, but they have done a good job with it.

Fantastic location near beach and bars/restaurants. Ample parking nice sea view balcony.

Rooms and common areas are a bit dated but that does give it a bit of a laid back beach vibe.

Near beach; near restaurants. Clean room.

Too small a room for the price, that is, it is overpriced. Noisy environment in evening, especially with farmers' market. Too many homeless persons.
