Pretty good stay for the overall price parking is a little price at $26 a day and $32 for vallet

I liked how close it was to the city I really liked the room and decor Room service seemed to be constantly refreshing towels and other amenities which was nice I didn’t like how dirty the pool was the woman who was cleaning the pool area was folding up dirty towels and putting them on chairs for new people to use

Great spot to stay for a short trip to ATL- very close to the airport and lots of highways.

We liked the location of the Westin. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, it was silent and we were not bothered by the airport traffic at all. The room was very comfortable for a short two night stay.

We didn't like there was an EV charging station on the property but guests were not allowed to use it. We had to go searching for charging stations even though they had one there.

Stay at the Hilton Garden inn

The room was comfortable however it took a long time for the water to heat up.

Some of the front desk staff are good. Others are a little clueless. It took over two hours for my room service to arrive. By the time it did I was already in bed and asleep. I had called twice to check on the status but the person I spoke with could not be bothered. He simply said the restaurant was busy. The food looked inedible when it arrived. While location is convenient I would not pay for than $140 a night to stay here.

I’d stay at a different Westin; this one doesn’t quite hit five stars.

The bed was soft and Westin-quality!

The towels had yellow stains on them (period blood that had been washed I’m guessing?). The soap dispenser was empty, and that’s not really an issue; it was replaced when I took it off the wall. I was almost late to a meeting because I kept asking for the check at lunch and even though multiple people said they were coming, no one ever showed up. Plus I asked for the check at the beginning of my meal. None of these things are major issues, but at the Westin, where I’m paying more, I expected a little higher quality, especially compared to other Westins in the area.

I got a good night sleep, but a bad experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There were no real amenities. You paid à la cart for everything. There wasn’t any thing extra Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room, the conference presenters had trouble with presentation because their Wi-Fi shut down several times . Breakfast was too expensive, people had no choice but to find an alternative to meals. I was charged an extra 115.00 as a deposit for possible expenses. Even-though My trip was paid in advance full. I don’t even know if I’ll get it back. One clerk said yes and another wasn’t sure. I spent $20.00 on 3 bags of chips. It is supposed to be a hotel and resort but that wasn’t true. I will not be returning to this hotel. Staff argued in front of us because they were short staff. So they wet short tempered with each other and with customers.

I had a minor problem at check in, but Christine (Front Desk Manager) resolved it.

The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation! I had to put my makeup on near the bed so I wouldn’t sweat it off.

Location to the airport.

Should of had a microwave in the bedroom or on each floor rather than only in the lobby. Also, to many pieces of furniture in the Jr suite and television in the sitting room area does not work.

Good place to stay in a great location

Clean, modern, and in a great location. The gym and pool were clean and well-maintained.

There were very few extras for the price. At over $250 for a single night for a double queen room, I feel that breakfast should be included.

That room service knocked on the door every morning around 7:30 to see if we were checking out. Keep in m8nd check out is at 12.

Disappointed

I liked getting the bill by email. I liked the coffee bar.

I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned while I was out. I came back and there was no clean towels the room wasn't touched. I also didn't like the amount of people hanging out front of the hotel smoking and playing loud music on a Friday night.. It was like a club Westin instead of a hotel. I felt unsafe.

The Westin needs some improvement

I like the location and scenery.

I didn't like that when you requested something from staff and no one showed up with it. It seems they are very dismissive. Also I didn't like that they did not have enough of wash cloths upon request and not having a microwave in the rooms. The elevators need air conditioners in them. It was too hot when going to and from your room. This should be mandatory for the prices they are charging each night for these rooms..

It was nice, but over priced for the location and stained/ soiled bedding.

I liked the parking was right across from th hotel. I like the bar / lounge area and also the patio was nice. I wish it had umbrellas and a bar tender/ server.

The sheets and bed spread was soiled/ stained.It was folded back to be hidden by housekeeping.That made me very skeptical and I actually asked for new bedding and never received it.
