Staff-Rosario in the reception was exceptional.
Kitchen crew as well were all amazing and very helpful.

The property was clean and nice view of city. Shuttle bus provided for transportation to cruise port for a fee
The room they provided was not what I reserved. I had to go back to front desk to request what I reserved and was asked if I damaged room. I was only there 5 minutes. Also staff does not answer the phones. There was also security present in lobby
