Well located and good friendly, practical service

The most impressively good for this place is very enthusiastic and helpful staff, Louis in particular, who had most interactions with us. The location is convenient.

To be honest, the facilities are limited and much older than we expected. The cleaning job was not that good.

Staff is nice and helpful. The guy who registered me helped me to bring my luggage upstairs. The other guy working on the same day at night was very friendly and responsive, he made his best to find a working TV remote for me. Good location, far from Boston center, but close to Harvard and MIT. Quite neibourghood.

Stairs too steep, especially with heavy luggage.
