Awesome location for restng up after long trip . Pool and slide were great but lacked staff actually cleaning out the skimmers as every one was full so floating stuff just floating. Clean the skimmers and 10/10. Everything else was great

Clean the skimmers 3 4 times a day to get the floating items out other wise the sink and look bad. 5 min job for the 1 of the 6 lifeguards. You can do better

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful; and I enjoyed swimming in the pools.

I was not satisfied with my room placement. I reserved a king room with a pool view, but was placed in a handicap room with a lake view and the sliding door in that room could not be locked. I ask the front desk if she could switch my room to a non handicap room, which she did reluctantly, but it was a view of the parking lot. I also didn't like that the hotel is a 20 minute walk to The Village, were most of the restaurants are located, and that the hotel restaurants have a low rating. The property was dingy.
