Location. It is very close to the beach.

Our shower leaked into the floor badly. Tile floor in bathroom seemed loose when you stepped on it , likely due to water leaking. And the laminate flooring in room was dirty with black streaks. Also the laminate flooring seemed loose; felt like it was not stable. They didn’t clean our rooms for two days even though we had sign on door to clean it. Towels had unclean odors, like a musky smell.
