My overall experience at the Ramada by Wyndham in California was a combination of exceptional service and frustrating room limitations.
setup and comfort were clear highlights. The bed was amazingly comfortable, which made for excellent sleep every night. The housekeeping staff was consistently friendly and helpful, keeping the room in great shape. Additionally, Peter was exceptionally kind and professional during my interactions with him, bringing a wonderful level of hospitality to the stay.
Unfortunately, other aspects of the stay fell short. The breakfast was poor, and the quality of the fruit was particularly disappointing, bringing to mind the visual standard of a third world country.
The biggest inconvenience was room storage. There was no closet provided in the room, which meant my clothes had to remain hanging on an ironing board for the entire duration of the trip.
While the staff and bed quality were top notch, room functional design and breakfast offerings need significant improvement. Terry Kashian
