The staff was amazing,took care of any and all problems we had and the place was very well kept,the area around is a little sketchy but all in all I would stay again
First room was horrible with smoke odor thru out so they moved us to a different room,also the only other complaint was the one elevator at this facility,it was pretty rickety and a little scary,might need an overhaul.....

It’s a convenient location with a couple restaurants close by.
The exterior of the property is not kept up very well. There is a lot of trash and there are two motorhomes that have set up permanent parking in their parking lot.. I have been staying here for a couple years now, off and on, when I work in the Santa Clara area. This hotel has steadily gone downhill.
