I have stayed here a few times, I do love the hotel but this time wasn’t the same as normal
Our door had been kicked in, and safe damaged from guest prior to our stay
When we asked to move room, as we didn’t feel safe we where left waiting for a long period of time
The door didn’t lock properly and we had no where to put our valuables so could not leave the room until the engineer came out
