The location is great, the staff is very nice and attentive, and the breakfast options were good. The room was clean and enjoyable. You get the sense that this property is well managed.
This was a short stay and we spent most of the time out at the theme park. One thing they can improve on is the filtered water station in the lobby / gym area, either the filter was not replaced or something else was going on but that water had a metallic taste to it. The dispensers in the breakfast area have good cold water so not such a big issue.

Very clean, our suite was spacious, breakfast was excellent, staff amazing, and this hotel very close to Sea World and restaurants.

I stayed in a room with a kitchenette and two beds while traveling with my 9-month-old baby. Overall, the experience was very positive.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well-equipped, and the layout of the room provided plenty of space for our family. The hotel also offers a laundry facility and a small convenience store, which were both very useful during our stay.
The accommodations were comfortable and met our needs very well.
One thing that was disappointing was the parking fee. Booking.com did not clearly indicate that the hotel charges a daily parking fee of $29. We found this cost to be excessively expensive, especially considering it is an additional charge that was not obvious during the booking process.
Greater transparency regarding parking fees would help guests better understand the total cost of their stay before making a reservation.

Location!
Pool has no heater.
Room was dirty/full of dust. We asked for room service and they never cleaned our room.
We asked for towels and we had to wait for it to get delivered to the room since they didn’t have any.
The shower had rust and the ceiling needs some repair.
