My aunt, that stayed at the hotel during the period, is having lots of problems. She registered her rented car with the attendant Oto on the front desk and parked on the hotel’s parking. When she came back to Brazil, she received emails from the rental company along with parking invoices, taken from hotel’s parking during the period she left the vehicle parked there. However, she was assured from the beggining by Oto that the parking was hotel’s responsability during the whole stay. Now she is having problems to receive a dismissal letter from Homewood, cause they dont answer the e-mail that she has sent
