I have been staying there when ever I visit Orlando over teo decades, it only gets better with time, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities and services provided are great, the location and activities

Room was very spacious and we had more than enough space for comfort. Full sized kitchen with cooking pots/pans. Washer/Dryer combo in kitchen closet. Living room separate from bedroom. Felt like an apartment versus a hotel room.
Property included three pools throughout. Main pool had outdoor bar that sold beverages and food.
Very relaxing property that is good for families or romantic getaway.
Room and property was very clean and well maintained.
No real complaints about the property. Provided everything we needed during our stay.

- Facilities were good, grounds were well kept
- Apartment was spacious and with all necessary amenities.as promised
- Good overall ambiance and family atmosphere
- Abundant resort activities
- Maintenance was responsive
- House keeping is not regular and was considered by the hotel management as a courtesy.service! (Awas very concerning to us)
- Internet was not consistent.
- New policy for charging daily parking fees (becomes a serious cost for longer stays)
- Resort charges package delevery fees when receiving shipments.(this was a surprise to us when we go the bill)
- All service calls most go through and AI phone system which made it difficult to get in touch with housekeeping or the front desk when necessary.
- long ques most of the time at the front desk, you could not easily speak to staff or request assistance.
