Pleasant stay in a good position

Location, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

The price-quality relation. Too expensive for only 2 nights, and the forniture is old.

If you are able to afford it, pick somewhere else.

Location is great. Comfortable bed. Very hot shower. Staff was very cheerful and happy all the time.

Breakfast was poor. I read reviews here that it was exceptional/fantastic, but the food was poor (except that they made waffle batter and had machines available to bake them yourself), terrible coffee and juices, the eggs and sausages were McDonalds style, the room LL was extremely improvised in the basement with no windows, cutlery was made of paper and plastic (very environmentally unfriendly)… felt like a mediocre hostel, not worth waking up for it. The hotel holds money from your card as insurance while you are being hosted. I was unable to pay for my meals in the town, regardless of having money in my account, because of this policy. The room was dark and felt cramped, even though we stayed in the larger corner bedrooms.

It's cheap hotel in a good location so set your expectations accordingly.

The location is great. The rooms are tidy and clean for their age. It's a simple room with the sufficient amenities. Check in/out etc. was simple and clear. The breakfast was very American (waffles, donuts etc.) which could be a good or bad thing. Though more healthy options would be nice.

Despite being a non-smoking hotel, the hallways reeked of marijuana. The staff were curt and very short (if not stoned). The reception somehow smelt like a combination of a urinal and marijuana.

Great one day experience

Location, the customer service. The front desk worker Shay made the experience welcoming and I felt like I made a great choice staying here. The breakfast came with the room purchase and it was amazing, waffles, cheese omelette, sausage links, other foods to choose from. They have complimentary coffee and lemonade in the lobby until 9pm. There's a Market on the corner. If you're looking to have all your attractions in walking distance, this is perfect.

Traffic! leaving the area to travel to other attractions outside of the district was a mess, This is a busy area. I knew that coming up here for the weekend. My roommate didn't like the price of the water bottle lol. $3.00

The smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in (outside of Europe). One bed would have been tight, but two double beds in the space was completely claustrophobic. Not recommended for four guests or families with children.

Months ahead of my stay, I booked two double beds, but on check in I was given a room with only one. No one at the property was able to change my room or compensate me for the change. Also, the heating system was noisy and there was a lot of street noise. The shower was also sub-optimal.

Ok breakfast. Good location. Clean and comfy rooms. The heating system worked well and you can adjust it to your needs, which is great.

The staff at the reception were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I was asking questions and the person was not responding or listening, just looking at his computer. They did not provide me with information and had only yes no responses. That ruined my overall good opinion of the hotel.

Excellent, I recommend.

The limonade and cookies at the entrance was a really good thing at the end of a walking day in Washington DC. Staff was nice, the location is great.

Shower was maybe not 100% clean. Breakfast was not the best but it was included and good for the price.

That I had to park in a parking garage and then walk back to the hotel as well and drive around the block several times before I could even get a spoof to check into the hotel.

Nice stay

The Inn was about a twenty minute walk away from the mall, which was really nice since it was definitely close enough. The staff was really kind and we were even able to check in early. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was good and offered a variety of different things.

Our room was a little tight and the blinds weren't working properly but it was nice and clean which made up for it. It was definitely worth the price we paid and I would recommend it.

I was charged an extra night and no one is willing to help. They recognize that they charged the extra night but they say that I have to figure it out with my bank. Very rude and unwilling to even try to help.
