Location. Close to metro no 2 and 3, close to Battery park. Fully functioning air conditioning. Quiet rooms. Convenient store across the road. Bagel shop next door. TV in living room and bedroom. Lovely hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. City maps available.
No utensils in the kitchen, no kettle. Maybe some cutlery and plates would be helpful. Could do with a few upgrades like a new laminate but it didn't really bother us.

The room itself was relatively large and spacious, which was a positive aspect of the stay.
There were several significant issues. The fold-out bed was clearly in poor condition — it was uneven and uncomfortable to the point that we had to place the mattress on the floor in order to sleep.
The location is acceptable but not ideal, as it requires an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest subway station.
The most serious problem, however, was the water pressure. It was extremely poor — the shower was reduced to a weak trickle, which made basic use very frustrating.
Overall, while the room size was good, the maintenance issues significantly impacted the experience.
