Proximity to Airport and hi ways
No microwave in room and fridge too small
And low placement in cabinet. A little hard too access, especially if you have physical challenges. And the parking lot need refigurating.

I was grateful to get a room here. It was clean and everyone was nice and helpful. My flight was diverted then cancelled in Detroit. I had what I needed in my room including a refrigerator and freezer for my medication. Great shower, too. I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast or use any other part of the facility.
They also had a shuttle which was an added bonus.

Broken toilet, shower almost no water pressure, long waiting time for breakfast (1 hour after ordering)
