First guy who checked us in could not of been more helpful, great location, good value for money

Room was a bit dusty but still clean, second guy working there was very miserable and not helpful. No laundry facilities

The room was spacious and the water to shower was hot. I like that the room was remodeled and they gave us extra towels when asked to.

The room was dusty and had a lot of spiderwebs. Looked like they had remodeled and never cleaned it. The area was not the best.

The room was clean but defiantly unfinished. There was furniture missing and very little items in the room such as missing towels and things like that.

The man behind the desk was very rude and was almost yelling when I simply asked what the $50 was for. It is a down deposit on top of the room cost, you are supposed to get it back but apparently people have had trouble in the past. I got in really late so I was just ready to lay down and the rudeness was not appreciated. It is also in a horrible part of town. There were people watching my boyfriend and I as we got out of the car. It was really sketchy at night and people were snorting something off the the tables outside. I would not stay in this part of town or in this hotel again.

The other building on the proper was super sketchy. I did not feel safe while in the parking lot. The other building on the property was run down and the check in and out is in that building.

it’s not in the best area of San Antonio

The property was new. It was clean and staff was very polite. They were running a bit behind on cleaning the room before we got in but when we got back to the room it was perfect. They even took the time to extend my daughters blankets and pillows on the bed. she was excited to see the beds made. over all it was a wonderful stay and I would come back to stay again.

The rooms are spacious. The decor is modern. The staff is very courteous & kind. No hidden fees or costs.

No mirrors in the bathrooms made it a bit awkward however it’s understandable why there were no mirrors.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The new addition to the place was very clean and nice. I had never been to a hotel with enough shampoo, soap, towels for our stay but everything was stocked with more than enough for us here! Definitely a great experience for us! Super close to the downtown area too!

If I had to say one thing it’s probably be that the mirrors in the restroom were not in yet, but, it being a brand new building and shipping delays still going on, I completely understand. There were other mirrors in the room, so not a big deal. It didn’t make a difference on how much we enjoyed our stay.

the building was brand new. the rooms are very modern and the tvs are actual flat screen tvs with Netflix,Hulu,YouTube etc

the area was kinda sketchy but the staff and hotel cleanliness was AMAZING

My key didn't work so if we wanted to leave we had to call front desk to openit for use with special key... He didn't really like that...and also would take him 10 minutes to get him just to answer... didn't like my experience
