Location was ideal and very central. It was easy to go anywhere in New York from the hotel
I was on the third floor and the room was very dark with very little light and had no mini fridge. I had a view on ventilation system and could not see the outdoor.

Location is great and the property is clean.
Check out process is very tricky. The staff is very busy at the counter and when I checked out they just took the key card and said they will proceed the check out. They took a $200 deposit during check in and I still didn’t get it back or provide a detailed bill.
I inquired them via Booking.com but never received a response as well.
You can store your luggage till you get your room ready. But have to wait in a long due for that.
