Poor hospitality

Location

Some of the staff were rude. I understand the weather had a part to play in my visit, but when I was placed in 3 different rooms and at the end I had to be split from my family due to the ceiling leaking in 2 rooms. We were woken up by the drops from the ceiling falling on the bed, night stand, and floor.I walked downstairs at 5 am and the lady at the front desk was so polite she immediately offered me a different room. I needed 2 bed for myself and two kids. None were available, so i agreed to the one queen bed and sofa bed. Being in the room for a mear 3 hours just before we left for the day i advise the new person at the front desk of the large bubble filled with water on the ceiling in the new room. I was again offered another downgrade to 1 bed and was told i would be receiving a pullaway .I would have still given them a better score. Upon my return and checking for the pullaway. Nothing was there. I poke to the gentleman at the front desk about a pull away bed. He proceeded to tell me I never requested it and basically told me it was my fault. I can understand the miscommunication from shift to shift, but his attitude was rude. He said all he could do was offer me a room down the hallway. Which is ridiculous. Im guessing he didn't want to do it. On day 2, I bought coffee from the jack in the box because the coffee machine was broken in "the breakfast area." All I needed was packets of sugar and something to stir the lady at the front desk yelled at me. I wasn't getting anything besides sugar she said the area was closed. I wasn't getting any food. It is so disheartening. Upon reading reviews and hoping for a better outcome. I hope they give me my security deposit back.

Great stay! I just missed home so much…

Loved how convenient a food location was. The security of having someone up front at all times.

Excellent. Enjoyed every minute while staying there.

Location was great. Many restaurants not too far away. Easy access to highway and tourist attractions.

Struttura orrenda, scarsissima colazione ma la cosa molto grave è che ci hanno addebitato dei costi extra giustificandosi che era una penale per non aver fatto in check in, invece io e mia famiglia abbiamo effettuato il check in all'arrivo e il check out all'andata! Le telecamere di sorveglianza possono dimostrarlo!!

Close to airport. Great staff.

This was second stay this week. First stay was great. Newly refurbished and comfortable room. Second stay in room 316 was a bit off putting. When I cut on the ac, the room immediately smelled mildewy and very musty. Lots of loud coming and going(somewhat forgivable as it was a weekend.) Also it sounded like hammering in the next room. The plus was that the staff was helpful and gracious both stays! They worked extra hard to take care of me and other guests I saw them interacting with.

Not the best hotel for the price I had to pay. Staff is really nice.

Super willing to help and very responsive staff. Breakfast was fine.

Walls are SUPER thin. Area’s not the best. The bathroom was dirty when we got in. The shuttle wasn’t available, which made traveling with small children challenging.

Cozy and walking distance from BUR airport

The place is cozy, walking distance from BUR airport, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable

It was a bit noisy at night and very early in the morning; I put on earplugs, but then also an alarm on the clock in the room went off at 5.30 am. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but from now on I do check if the alarms are set on "Off" by default :)

it was spacious, clean, safe, free parking.

i could not get any sleep all night long. there’s a Jack in the box open 24 hrs and the drive thru was so loud it felt like they were inside the room, they were loading a truck and omg it felt like hell. completely unable to get any sleep. way too noisy.

This hotel was so so.

It is close to the freeway, I was easily able to get on the freeway to head to Universal Studios. grab and go breakfast had a decent selection.

The furniture and decor in the room looked like they’d been updated recently but the property overall was a bit run down. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. There was residue on the floor and the bathroom had several hairs in random places (like the wall, bathtub, and on a bath towel).
