Nice rooms, very spacious and had an abundance of amenities including free breakfast.
Kind of a bad neighborhood.

Hot breakfast was a bonus. Room was clean. Room was quiet which is very important.
Little things like cracked sink and the mirrored closet door being very difficult to open and shut made the room seem worn. Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Staff were excellent and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and the room was, for the most part, clean. The property was quiet and in close proximity to the Ramona Bowl Amphitheater where we were to see a show the evening of our check in. The breakfast options were pretty good. The price of the room was affordable.
The window was open when we went to enter our room for the first time and we soon realized why. The room had obviously recently been smoked in and there was a presence of the smoke odor. We were running behind in getting to our event, so we just decided not to request a change in rooms. There was a slight leak in the bathroom coming from what appeared to be the fire sprinkler on the ceiling, but we did not actually realize it fully until the next morning.
