Complementary breakfast was pretty nice, I really liked the waffles. Staff was helpful when we had to change rooms due to an out of order elevator on our first night. Location was great for the reason we were in Austin.
There was a sticky spot on the floor that didn't seem to want to come out despite repeated cleanings from room service. Someone had smoked in our room previously and we could smell it for the entire week of our trip.

First room the key would not open the door so had to get a new room. Second room the remote for TV would not work so had to get a new remote. There was no iron or tissues in the room.
