Location was perfect for us on a four hotels in the last week. It was one of the better ones.
The room is clean, comfortable and convenient for us and parking was good

Very convenient to centre of town and harbour, Reasonable size room. Building itself "tiered and showing age" but things like towels and utensils and bedding all good.
Staff very good in helping fix a problem with our booking. plenty of free parking - Also attached Pub had great Seafood Chowder whilst watching Bald Eagles swoop across Chanel

Location was good.
The price is crazy for what you get. I don’t mind staying in run down places if I don’t have to pay much. This was not the case at all here. It also wasn’t cleaned very well, we found a package of gum behind the door suggesting the cleaner didn’t even close the door or vacuumed the place thoroughly. The shower was dripping the whole time and since the walls are very thin this could bother some people. You couldn’t close the windows in the room since they were broken, our neighbors had the same issue. Didn’t feel very safe since they were facing the street. The lady working at check in wasn’t very pleasant to deal with either. I wouldn’t stay here again.
