The room was lovely and big and bright and very comfortable

Room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities and was had plenty of towels. Hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Parking fee was kinda high but overall comparable to other hotels. It was secure parking though.

Fancy marble bathroom but very slippery tub with no grab bars. You will get sued someday by someone who gets injured.
No nightlight in bathroom.
No non-slip bathtub mat. We had to request one.
Our room on floor 3 was right over all the air vents etc. Very noisy.
Silly to have the closet in the bathroom. Very narrow.
Had to request a second chair. It was a room for 2 people with only one chair.
