We had a great stay at Westgate Manhattan, situated in - quieter part of Manhattan away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within walking distance of Times Square and other attractions. Complimentary breakfast comes as a pack and available until 1pm but be early as they tend to run out
On arrival, the concierge, Shafiq, was not particularly welcoming and initially refused to securely store our luggage, despite this being confirmed with the hotel prior to booking. Thankfully, the check-in staff were very helpful and resolved this promptly.
On the first day of our stay, the complimentary breakfast packs had run out by 10am, despite breakfast being available until 1pm, which was disappointing.

Nice location and should be a fine hotel for hanging around new york
Our room had a connecting door, we heard every breath of the mates near us, totally no privacy, other than that as most new york hotels it's quite old and it's seen and felt
