The staff were really kind and accommodating, the room I was assigned was lovely with windows all over to the city, quiet and a very comfortable bed. Excellent location and great value for your money.
I would have appreciated a mini fridge in the room.

bed was very comfy. Room was small but pretty decent for the center of Manhattan. The cleaning staff were considerate and excellent. The location does not get any better, few minutes awy from Grand Central and therefore you can reach pretty much every place in the island and the city. The TV channels offers was surprisingly good
The aircon turns on and off to maintain the temperature instead of just constantly being on, as a light sleeper, I woke up often due to the cycle of the AC turning on.
No Fridge, but you are in the center of Manhattan, there is plenty of good food around for every budget possible

Excellent location
Bed was super comfortable
The space was very restricted
Shelving would be a good solution to this especially in the bathroom
There was a loud noise throughout the night in our room, perhaps the air con unit outside our room
