Location was great. Some staff was friendly and some was ok. Ms Jackie the bartender was excellent. She was knowledgeable of the area, provided great restaurants selections, and was overall the friendliest employee we meet. The breakfast was also good everything was cooked fresh and tasted good.
I didn't like that we didn't have an ice machine on our side of the second floor. We had to go to the first floor just to obtain ice. Also the pool area needs to be maintained better bugs was all over the pool couldn't really enjoy it. Exercise room needs to be updated also.

The front desk staff were super nice both the evening and morning staff
Killed a wasp, roach and daddy long legs in the room. The humidity in the room was also terribly damp. The bedding almost felt wet. I wont stay in a balcony room again. It also kind of smelled like moth balls that was covered in spray to mask it that was super strong.
