The one double suit I got was very spacious and the two beds were comfortable.
That I had booked 2 suites, the same . With two beds and I only got one with 2 queen beds and the second one it was only 1 queen bed and a pullout sofa ( that was not what I had paid for) I didn’t get offer any credit for the difference between the one bed versus the two beds. We had a long trip that day and I was looking forward to a good night rest 😩.

Location and bed comfort
I chose this place because it ticked two boxes that were a must for us: Complimentary airport shuttle and breakfast. When making the reservation, I asked if there was an issue with the shuttle or breakfast because we needed to be at the airport at 6:00am.
The response came back that there was no issue.
Upon arrival, we were told there was no breakfast open at that time and that they had never had airport shuttle! They blamed booking.com. Extremely dissapointed. We were openly misled and and suddenly, we had the extra expense of breakfast and transportation from and to the airport
