Property staff was professional, friendly, accommodating, and the property was well kept and very clean.

Although I'd paid for breakfast in advance this only meant a $20 credit as the breakfast offering is menu'ed. This meant I could get a yoghurt for $19, but not a coffee to go with it (although I could pay extra). Sunbeds around the pool were quite cramped and it felt a little like sitting absolutely next to a complete stranger.

Amount of food was very large. Too much for me
Service at restaurants was a bit slow. Seemed to be short staffed.
The rug in my room didn’t look clean

Location was very good. Madames had a delightful decor and ambience, with very friendly staff on both nights that we visited there.
Long walks to our rooms and carpet smelled overly strong with freshener. Half used bottles of water and drinks were in the room when we arrived. Security latch did not work.
