Indoor pool wasn’t heated. Pool didn’t have towels and it was closed early. I asked 3x for a late check out. I was only granted 1300, website said 1500. And the maid still came at 1000.

Pool was nice, front staff friendly.
The room had a smell, water pressure was terrible in bathroom sink and shower. Fridge wasn’t working in room, and pull out couch mattress protector was very dirty. Breakfast was served late (7) so we left before getting anything to eat due to early checkout (6)
