Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Best of all, it’s within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. We enjoyed our 2 day stay.
Had a glitch at check in . They couldn’t locate my reservation at first, which was no fault of the staff. It was the way Booking had entered my name.

The Courtyard Manassas was centrally located to where we planned on visiting, we expected internet, however, we had to use our phones for internet. No one answered the phone for room service. No breakfast was included. Outside of these inconveniences, the room was spacious and clean and the location was perfect if you are visiting the Historic Manassas battlefields.
We expected internet, however, we had to use our phones for internet. No one answered the phone for room service. The hotels internet didn't work. We were told we would receive a light breakfast, we couldn't even get coffee and water without an extra fee (which I don't mind, just don't tell me its included when I check in).
